Field Editor Layout Settings
The Field Editor Layout settings control how a field's input appears when someone is viewing and editing the details of an open Trello card. These settings let you adjust the width of the field editor and where the label is positioned.
Use these options to create a cleaner, more organized layout when cards have multiple fields, particularly useful when building form-like card templates.

Field Editor Layout Settings Explained
Editor Width
Controls the width of the field input when the card is open. You can choose from several width options, for example, 1/3 width, 1/2 width, or full width, among others.
Narrower widths allow multiple fields to sit side by side in a row, making it easy to create a structured, form-like layout across your card details. Wider widths suit fields that need more space, such as long text fields.
Label Position
Controls where the field label appears relative to the input. Options include Label on Top (default), Label on Left, and Label on Right.
Label on Top works well for most layouts and is easier to read at a glance.
