How to Cancel Your Amazing Fields Subscription

Important note: Removing or disabling Amazing Fields from a Trello board does not cancel your subscription, and neither does cancelling your Trello subscription.

Trello manages Power-Ups at the board level, but your Amazing Fields subscription is tied to your user account, not any specific board. You must cancel through the Amazing Fields settings directly.

Not ready to cancel entirely?

If Amazing Fields is no longer the right fit at your current plan level, you can downgrade to a lower tier instead. You'll retain access to all core features and only lose the advanced capabilities tied to your current plan.

To change your plan, open Amazing Fields settings and navigate to "Amazing Supporters."

Before downgrading, check out our plans to confirm which features are included at each tier.

How to cancel

  1. Open any Trello board that has Amazing Fields enabled.
  2. Open Amazing Fields Settings by clicking the Amazing Fields icon in the top-right corner of the board.
  3. Navigate to the "Amazing Supporters" tab.
  4. Click "Cancel support" and follow the prompts.
