How to View and Manage Your Amazing Fields Supporter Subscription
This article explains how to access your Amazing Fields subscription details, including your plan level, invoice history, payment method, and cancellation options. All subscription management is handled through a secure Stripe customer portal linked from within Amazing Fields.
Note: To access your subscription details, you must be on a Trello board where Amazing Fields is installed and open the Amazing Fields settings panel. Subscription details are not accessible from the Trello admin interface.
Accessing the Subscription Portal
- Open Amazing Fields Settings by clicking the Amazing Fields icon in the top-right corner of the board.
- Go to the "Amazing Supporters" tab.
- From here, you can:
- Change your plan
- Update your payment details
- View your full invoice history
- Cancel your subscription
Enabling Automatic Payment Receipts
If you want to receive an email each time a payment is processed, you can enable automatic receipts from within Amazing Fields settings.
- Open Amazing Fields Settings by clicking the Amazing Fields icon in the top-right corner of the board.
- Go to the "Amazing Supporters" tab.
- At the bottom of the list, toggle on "Send payment receipts automatically."
