How to see supporter subscription details (invoice history, plan level, etc)?

First, thank you for being a supporter.  I appreciate you helping to cover the maintenance costs of the Amazing Fields powerup.

NOTE: To access Amazing Fields supporter subscription details, you need to be on a board where Amazing Fields is installed and then go to the Amazing Fields settings. There is no way to access Amazing Fields settings from with the admin interface of Trello itself.

Accessing Subscription Portal

You can always get to the Amazing Fields subscription portal details from the Amazing Supporters tab of the settings panel.  This page includes links to access your secure customer portal powered by Stripe.  Stripe is an external payment processor that protects all payment information and keeps every secure and compliant. The Amazing Fields powerup and servers never have access to your payment information or any other personal information.

From here you can perform a number of actions related to your subscription:

  • Review / edit payment details
  • Update billing information
  • Review invoice history
  • Download invoice or receipt copies
  • Cancel subscription

Reviewing Invoice / Receipts

Once you open up the subscription portal you can access invoice details, but it is a bit hidden how to access it.  See the screenshot below.  You need to click on the small arrow icon next to the date to open the details of the specific invoice.

Automatic Payment Receipts

If you want to get an email anytime a new invoice is run, you can enable sending payment receipts.

Go to the "Amazing Supporters" tab and then if you are an active supporter you should see a list of items to Manage Subscription. At the bottom of that list is an option to turn on automatically sending payment reciepts.

Cancelling Supporter Subscription

Note: removing the Amazing Fields powerup from a board does not automatically remove a supporter subscription. This is because there is now way for me to know if you have it enabled on other boards and if you want to keep the subscription. Similarly, there is no way for the powerup to know if you unsubscribe from Trello itself. Because of this you need to directly unsubscribe from any supporter subscriptions using the simple process below.

To cancel a supporter subscription:

  • Go to any board where you have Amazing Fields enabled
  • Open the Amazing Fields setting page
  • Go to "Amazing Supporters" and click on "Cancel Support".
