How to Use Amazing Fields Data in Trello Automations

Trello’s Butler automation system cannot directly access data stored in Amazing Fields. However, by using the Custom Field Wrapper, you can expose Amazing Fields data as a native Trello Custom Field, which Butler can then use as a trigger, condition, or action target.

How it works

The Custom Field Wrapper keeps a native Trello Custom Field in sync with your Amazing Field. Any change made in Amazing Fields is automatically reflected in the linked Custom Field. Butler monitors native Custom Fields, so it will detect the change and fire any rules you have set up.
