Single Dropdown Field

The Dropdown field lets you define a fixed set of options and allow card editors to select one per card. It is ideal for status labels, priority levels, categories, or any field where a consistent, predefined value is required.

How to add a Single Dropdown Field to your board

  1. Open Amazing Fields Settings by clicking the Amazing Fields icon in the top-right corner of the board.
  2. Click the "+ Add" button
  3. Choose "Dropdown" under "Basic Fields."
  4. Add your options and label each option.
  5. Repeat until all options are added. Drag to reorder them if needed.
  6. To customise your options, you can:
    1. Click the color swatch and select a color from the palette.
    2. Click the Emoji field and select an emoji from the picker.
