How to set field defaults

Amazing Fields does not have a way to set a default value on a field.  The reason is that normally what works better is to use Trello template cards.  For example if you have a common set of values for a new "Task Card", you would create a template for all your tasks and put the defaults in there.  This could include checklists and anything else you want for all tasks.

By doing it this way, you can create various defaults for different types of tasks and have them all have the defaults you want.
