How to Set Default Field Values in Amazing Fields
Amazing Fields does not have a built-in default value setting. The recommended approach is to use Trello’s native template cards, which let you pre-fill field values for any new card created from that template.
Why template cards work better
A single default value per field would apply to every card on the board. Template cards give you more flexibility: you can create different templates for different card types. For example, a “Task” template, a “Bug Report” template, and a “Feature Request” template, each with its own set of default field values.
